He helps people to shape their story - what they are doing AND the way they communicate it - to connect more effectively and sustainably with their key stakeholders (eg target audiences, staff).
He has equipped emerging and established leaders for over 20 years.
He draws on wide-ranging experience from the corporate, local government, arts, welfare and not-for-profit sectors. He specialises in creating structures that support and strengthen dynamic, healthy communities.

Eugene holds a Bachelor of Law / Bachelor of Commerce from Melbourne University,
a Masters of Community Cultural Development Practice from the Victorian College of the Arts
and a Graduate Diploma of Theology from Eastern College.
He is also a graduate of the Arrow Leadership Program.
He utilises his experience as a corporate lawyer, social entrepreneur and community development practitioner in helping people clarify their purpose, branding and strategies for impacting the world.
